Intervals

Nothing here is prescriptive. Twenty-five minutes is a common starting point, but long-form work tends to want fifty or ninety. Pick the one that matches the task and change it whenever you like.

• 15 — triage, inbox, small chores
• 25 — the familiar default
• 50 — writing, reading, review
• 90 — deep work, one problem only

Sound

A single soft tone at the end, generated with the Web Audio API. There is no audio file to download and no volume slider — use your system volume.

Notes

Loopfocus keeps your last chosen interval in localStorage and nothing else. There is no account, no sync and no history. Close the tab and the session is gone, which is rather the point.
